Videographer

The Videographer is responsible for planning, filming, and producing high-quality video content that showcases the company's hotels, hospitality services, events, and brand identity. The role creates engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, corporate communications, recruitment initiatives, and promotional materials. The Videographer collaborates closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to deliver compelling storytelling while ensuring all content aligns with the company's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and produce professional video content for hotels, restaurants, events, corporate communications, and marketing campaigns.
Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, drones (where licensed), gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, digital marketing, websites, presentations, and internal communications.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists in collaboration with stakeholders.
Perform video editing, color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and basic visual effects using professional editing software.
Ensure all video content is consistent with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
Cover corporate events, hotel openings, interviews, training sessions, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to produce integrated multimedia campaigns.
Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital media assets.
Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and handling of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
Stay up to date with industry trends, filming techniques, and emerging digital content formats.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting production schedules and deadlines.
Travel to hotel properties and project sites as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film Production, Media Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2–4 years of professional videography experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, tourism, lifestyle, or commercial sectors.
Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition, cinematography, and audio recording techniques.
Experience operating professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is an advantage.
Experience operating drones with a valid drone license is a plus.
Excellent creative storytelling, visual composition, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects while working under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A professional portfolio demonstrating previous videography and editing work is required.
Willingness to travel between company locations as needed.
