The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate qualified leads. The role oversees all digital channels, including social media, website management, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), online advertising, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support business goals and brand positioning.
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, display advertising, email marketing, and websites.
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging digital content that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, user experience, and SEO best practices.
Monitor and improve website performance, traffic, and conversion rates through data-driven strategies.
Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to maximize online visibility and search engine rankings.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, designers, and content creators to ensure effective campaign execution.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
Establish and maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives through targeted digital marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable digital marketing regulations.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital performance tracking tools.
Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or equivalent platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content strategies.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
