Chief Concierge
Lead our luxury Concierge team to deliver personalized guest journeys — anticipate needs, build local partnerships, and elevate every stay for all guests.
The Chief Concierge is responsible for leading the Concierge team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, personalized guest experiences. The role serves as the primary source of information and assistance for guests, coordinating services, recommendations, transportation, reservations, and special requests while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The Chief Concierge is also responsible for supervising Concierge operations, developing team members, and fostering strong relationships with local service providers to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Concierge department.
Ensure all guests receive professional, personalized, and efficient service at all times.
Welcome and assist VIPs, long-stay guests, and special guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are anticipated and exceeded.
Coordinate guest requests, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, tours, entertainment bookings, and special occasions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, cultural events, restaurants, shopping destinations, and transportation services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers to support guest requests.
Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
Supervise, train, mentor, and develop Concierge team members to maintain service excellence.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate departmental coverage.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of guest preferences and special requests.
Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Promote hotel facilities, services, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and luxury hospitality standards.
Assist management with departmental reporting, budgeting, and operational planning as required.
Candidate Requirements
Strong English communication skills are required; proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Previous experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments is preferred.
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work varying schedules based on operational requirements.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the confidence and professionalism to handle guest requests and concerns effectively.

Candidates should embody the values, professionalism, and service culture associated with luxury hospitality brands.
For expatriate candidates, a valid Iqama is required. Candidates must also provide a current Muqeem printout.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a Concierge department is required.
Extensive knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation services, cultural sites, and entertainment venues.
Proven ability to manage VIP guests and deliver highly personalized guest experiences.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
